MOTHER’S MILK IS ANTI CANCEROUS.  It contains a high amount of H2O2, especially Colostrum, the first milk secreted after birth, which activates the newborn’s immune systems and key to many other metabolic processes.

• Shatavari – 25 g.; Ashwagandha – 10 g.; Nagarmotha – 10 g.; Jyeshthamad – 5 g. Mix everything.  Powder.  Take 1tsp. with milk at night daily right from the sixth month of pregnancy.
• Powder the entire plant of Nela nelli with the root.  Boil in cow milk and drink.
• Boil 30 cloves of Garlic in a glass of milk.  Eat this and drink the milk too.
• Eat a handful of dry Grapes after supper at night daily.
• Eat Musk Melon daily in season.
• Coriander seeds, Red chillies, Onion, Cummin, Pepper and Curry leaves should be roasted in a little Castor oil, powdered and eaten with rice.
• Drink a pint of carrot juice daily.
