CASTOR REDUCES ALL THE DOSHAS.
Castor is an annual crop. If they are grown on borders, they are not destroyed. They grow for many years. If they are grown inside the land, after plucking the harvest in 7 to 8 months, they should be used as mulch. Weeds do not grow much in the soil when this grows.
BED FOR VATHA DISEASES
- Collect the leaves of Vitex Negundo, Tamarind, Ekka (Kannada), Pungan (Tamil), Adathoda Vasica, Wild Castor plant and Leucas Aspera and dry them in shade. Spread them on a bed. Cover with a thin cloth.
- Dry in sun. the patient who has Vatha problems should sleep on this bed at nights.
