TREES TO BE PLANTED TOGETHER – VRIKSHAYURVEDA

Plant a Peepul, a Banyan, a Neem, ten Tamarind trees and a group of Wood Apple (Vilamaram in Tamil), Bilva and Amla near each other (These three as a group near each other) and five Mango trees.

MAKING SOIL FERTILE

The soil around the Banyantree and Pepal trees have plenty of microbes. 15 kg of this soil can be sprinkled over an acre of land to make the land fertile.

UNDERGROUND WATER
Underground water will be good where this tree grows.

BANYAN

It should be planted East of the house. It yields milk. This tree cures male sterility. It is a great shelter for birds.

BANYAN AND BARLEY-VRIKSHAYURVEDA
If there is a Banyan tree, that land is suitable to grow Barley.

RAIN ATTRACTING TREES

Peepul, Banyan, Fig, Ichchi (Tamil), Mahua (Iluppai in Tamil), Sapota and Punnai (Tamil). Palm trees’ roots go down even up to 5 feet and send rain water underground.

VRIKSHAYURVEDA

As Banyan milk is sticky, it can be used for wounds. This tree has Tannin. Its seed is a wonderful medicine. On the tip of its aerial roots, plenty of Microbes live.
