• Enlargement of the Thyroid gland or excess growth of cells is known as goiter. It is caused by deficiency of iodine in the food.
• Cut tender Cabbage leaves and take as salad. It helps to cure the Iodine deficiency diseases.
• Seaweeds are rich in Iodine and so useful in Goiter.
• Blue light focused on the throat for 30 to 45 minutes everyday, accompanied with gargling of Blue solarized water gives suitable relief for Goiter.
• Ultra – violet plays a great part in the Calcium Phosphorus balance and in iron and iodine fixation; for that reason, it is good in the treatment of Rickets and Goiter.
• The best way to deal with goiter is to take foods which contain natural iodine. They are Water nut (Singhara), Lotus reed, Stem of the Lotus, tuber of the plant Cyprerus tuberosus, Kelp and Pineapple.
• Mix Hippili powder and honey equally. Take twice a day.
