Natural Remedies for chronic indigestion

CHRONIC INDIGESTION

Cinnamon stimulates digestion and relieves gas in the stomach. It should be used in the form of decoction. It can also be used as a carminative medicine for flatulence and indigestion. A tablespoon of this water should be taken half an hour after meals. Cinnamon also checks nausea vomiting and diarrhoea, flatulent colic and dyspepsia.

EASY REMEDY

During sleep, always lie on the left side – not curled up, however. This practice keeps the right nostril open, the best nostril for digestion, as well as relieving pressure on the digestive tract – helping food to pass downward without obstruction.
