• Grape juice should be given if blood is lost in delivery.  It contains Iron and so produces Red Blood Cells.
• Oranges should be taken in plenty during pregnancy to get a healthy and beautiful child.
• Prepare dry Ginger powder.  Take 2 tsp. with warm milk at the time of labour pains.
• Drink Lemon juice twice a day daily from the fourth month of pregnancy.  You can add either salt or jaggary. But honey is the best.
